With the release of GTAIV less than two weeks away and the tabloids ready to pounce on the most ‘evil game to arise from Satan’s bosom,’ it’s nice to read about how video games are being helpful to their communities. Codemasters revealed today that they’re supporting a new campaign to stop anti social behaviour in schools. North East Lincolnshire Council will be supplied with copies of Emergency Mayhem, the latest title from Codemasters which takes place in Crisis City. The players’ tasked with helping residents and stopping the antisocial behaviour seen in the game. The game’s gone gold and will be out this Friday.
