![]() This week sees the release of 5 classic games from a variety of gaming systems. First up is Pac Attack, where Pac Man is back with a twist. The game was originally on the Super Nintendo system. The game consists of stacking up ghosts horizontally in order for Pac Man to eat them, keeping the screen clear of incoming blocks. There’s also a puzzle mode and two player multiplayer to compliment the single player. The game costs 800 Wii points. This week’s SEGA offering is a return to the world of fantasy in the final instalment of Super Fantasy Zone. The game follows Opa-Opa on a multicoloured trip to avenge his dead father while providing gamers with an array of powerups along the way. The game costs 800points and was originally released on the Mega Drive. Meanwhile on the Neo Geo; there is a battle raging in King of Monsters. The game has a range of beasts waiting to go into battle and find out which is the strongest. It will set players back 900 points to download and play. On the Commodore 64 there are two offerings consisting of Cybernoid and Summer Games 2. Cybernoid has the player infiltrating a stronghold of pirates in order to get back what belongs to the federation. The game boasts challenging gameplay and a catchy soundtrack. In Summer Games 2, the player can enjoy a collection of 8 summer sports ranging from triple jump to kayaking. The cost of each game is 500 points and both are available from today. These join the library of 228 games already on the virtual console.
