Earlier this week, we spotted a new website on Square Enix’s website depicting a clock with the URL ending in CTDS. Speculation suggested that it was a new entry in the Chrono Trigger series being developed on the Nintendo DS. This has been confirmed by Square Enix via a press release released in Yahoo’s business section. The game is set to arrive in the States this autumn. It’ll have an ‘epic storyline’ to rival the original. Akira Toriyama is in charge of the artwork and the soundtrack is being directed by Yasunari Mitsuda. More news when it arrives.
