A few weeks ago Ubisoft announced that they had acquired the Tom Clancy licence and they’ve wasted no time creating a new IP in the form of H.A.W.X which was announced today. It’s got a Fall 2008 release and will be out on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. John Parkes had this to say:

“Tony Clancy’s HAWX marks the next evolution of high altitude warfare4 in the Tom Clancy video game universe. We are thrilled to take to the skies and provide a new environment along with an extension of a familiar storyline from our other successful Tom Clancy franchise such as Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.”

Boasting a helpful Assistance Mode, Enhanced Reality Systems, a fresh take on multiplayer and authentic aircraft of which there are 50 of them. See below for two exclusive screens and a piece of concept art.
