EA have set out to crush some spirits. Their in-game advertising fest, yet free to play; Battlefield Heroes has been pushed back to “later this year.” The reason behind the delay is supposedly down to an increased focus on “social networking features.” More worrying is the FPS C&C title, Tiberium which has seen its release date slip to a tentative 2009/2010. Hopefully it’ll be better received that the stain that was C&C Renegade.
