Following on from the 1.6 Map Pack patch, Call of Duty 4 for the PC has been patched up to version 1.7. The download is 37.24 megs and consists of a few exploit fixes. There’s no new content this time, but that was expected by the quick turnaround.

You’ll need version 1.6 to proceed with patching which can be grabbed off of our site. Patch log below.

• Fixed an exploit that allowed players to access certain console dvars during multi-player matches.
  
• Fixed a crash that could occur when a Chinatown Sabotage match would go into over-time.
• Fixed a bug where the MP icons (Bomb, Defend, Capture, etc) were always showing up as English regardless of the install language.

	Surely that is in reference to the language selected? Given that americans speak English too. Im scottish and i am in no way insulted by the fact its says "english" as that is what language the whole of the uk speaks by default as does the entire USA Guest Report
